About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Finance Analyst to join the Kerry Foods team in Southall.

The Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for being at the heart of our business, fuelling the pace in pursuit of growth through bold curiosity, brilliant financial insight and proudly living Our Values every day.

You will be responsible for providing management, financial and accounting information in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Reconciliations of daily to weekly labour reporting
  • Weekly Production Reconciliations
  • Weekly Stock Consolidation & Reconciliation for multiple warehouse locations
  • Reconciliation of reports to General Ledger (SAP)
  • Ensure accurate movement and recording stock
  • Raising adhoc manual payments for suppliers.
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations & monthly review meetings
  • Supporting delivery of annual budget/projection, forecasts, and year end accounts.
  • Provision of quality information and analysis of key financial data
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Kerry procedures
  • Follow agreed standardised metrics and reports
  • Ensure strong internal controls are in place and maintained to mitigate business risk
  • Qualifications and skills

  • Working towards a recognised accountancy qualification. ACCA/CIMA preferable.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a preference for Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Management Accounting (preference is within a manufacturing organisation)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel required
  • SAP and BI experience a plus
  • Results driven, attention to detail with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication & Influencing skills with an ability to build relationships across a matrix organisation
  • Excellent analytical skills bringing brilliant Financial Insights
