Description

1.This role is a strategic business partner responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with MGSF SCF+FA INDIA key stakeholders outside of Finance including Internal Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial as well as the Finance Associates who support those teams.
2.The goal of this role is to enable effectiveness through partnering with stakeholders to deliver processes that enable consistent, efficient, and standard delivery with positive user experience.
3.Governance & Controls: Ensure a strong controls environment across Supply Chain Finance and Fixed Assets financial operations including digital tools. Oversee ICE Controls and Operational Controls ensuring risks are identified and mitigated within SCF & FA for MGSF INDIA.
4.Analytics & Automation: Lead the automation and analytics agenda for Supply Chain Finance & Fixed Assets through use of digital tools to build automated processes. This role will be the digitization advocate across SCF + FA conducting demos and mentoring other team members on how automation can drive our digital agenda.

Profile

1.Minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience
2.Preferred minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Finance (Fixed Assets, Primes, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)
3.Hands-on experience in digital tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Nintex
4.Preferred experience in public accounting, internal or external audit, or experience with a publicly traded company
5.Foundational knowledge of Mars Governance and Controls philosophy
