Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a team of around 40 employees
• Building partnership with other teams and the client
• Documents review, revenue recognition, cash application, billing
• End to End transaction Accounting processes
• Process improvement and optimization
• Audit, reporting, client presentations and other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills (at least 2-5 years of experience with large teams)
• Professional experience in accounting (especially within AR or GL)
• University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or other)
• Very good English is a must (at least C1)
• Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
• US GAAP/IFRS knowledge and transition experience would be an asset
