How will I help?
Looking for a Senior Analyst to provide leading Risk oversight, insight and control. You will be based in the Second Line Assurance team assisting in the delivery of the Annual Assurance Plan.

This is a great role to get hands on experience in the second line function working within a collaborative team and across different business units and divisions of the bank.

This is a fixed term role until Mid April 2022.

What do I need?

The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years experience in a similar role, with a background in Auditing/Assurance and Risk Analytics. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be able to work independently and within a team environment to be successful in this role.

A couple of key components of the role is the ability to manage your time effectively and juggle priorities based on business needs. You'll also need a keen eye for detail and strong problem solving skills.

As you will be working with multiple business divisions the ability to create and foster strong stakeholder management will be an integral part of this role as communication across the Westpac Group is very important.

A track record of testing Automated Controls will be needed as this is key function of the role.
