Role: Business Analyst
Salary: SNSW 7/8; $90,993- $107,209, plus leave loading and superannuation
Status: Temporary contract to June 2022 with potential for extension
Location: Haymarket / Sydney CBD / Remote

About the role:

The role represents an amazing career opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a dynamic and everchanging environment with autonomy and the support to discover your potential. As Business Analyst you'll be responsible for providing support, reporting, research, analysis across the full supplier portfolio while working closely with internal and external stakeholders, frontline teams and suppliers. To succeed in this role, you will have a background in fraud control, with strong analytical and written skills. The role supports the Senior Business Analysts in the team and is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop into a senior role.

About you:

  • Experience or understanding of working in a line 2 role supporting and influencing line 1 fraud control decisions
  • At least 1 years' experience in a fraud related role
  • Experienced in customer-based fraud processes and internal fraud processes desirable
  • Experience in undertaking fraud risk reviews desirable
  • Experience in undertaking fraud control assurance testing desirable
  • Experience in fraud detection and prevention processes desirable
  • Experience in process mapping desirable
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and working in an agile environment desirable You can cut through ambiguity to identify the facts
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
