Goodman Masson are exclusively partnered with a leading social enterprise non-profit organisation to recruit for a Finance Business Partner on a 14 month FTC.
You will be a finalist or newly qualified accountant with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

Day to day duties:
- Providing in depth insight into year to date financial performance
- Re-forecasting expenditure on designated programmes and projects
- Provide support to budget holders and challenge on variances
- Managing and overseeing the Assistant Finance Business Partner
- Working with stakeholders to ensure budgets are accurate and risks are identified
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Training stakeholders to build their financial skills
Essentials:
- CCAB Finalist or above
- Strong Business Partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic outlook on finance matters
