Junior Business Analyst - Operations Finance

Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, LS5 3BF

6 months' fixed term contract

Full time 37.5 hr/week

Salary £19,000-£22,000

Role Overview

The Junior Business Analyst working in Operations Finance you will be working in a small team supporting our Care Services business across reporting, projects and ad hoc work. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to jump at gaining some valuable experience within Finance at Bupa.

What you'll do:
  • As a Junior Business Analyst you will support the team with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and to understand commercial performance against key levers and KPIs
  • Assisting in the understanding of the performance of Care Homes and Villages and helping to make clear the levers to optimise performance
  • Pro-actively investigating variances in expected financial performance, whether positive or negative, to identify root causes and pro-actively inform the team
  • Support the team on different projects

What you'll bring:
  • A recent graduate or college leaver or any have work experience across any sectors
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Good MS Office and Excel skills
