Skills and Knowledge
- At least 5 years hands-on software development experience as a Business Analyst
- Financial/Banking sector experience is an advantage
- Strong experience in the day to day practicalities of software development lifecycles such as scrum, kanban and waterfall.
Technical Skillset Required
- Scrum development experience
- Online banking knowledge
- Basic understanding of application architecture
- Experience integrating to third party vendors
- Experienced in agile BA techniques:
- Requirements Kick Off workshop facilitation
- User story writing
- Story mapping
- Story splitting
- Backlog refinement
- Deriving MVP from non-MVP features
- Spikes
- Value stream mapping
Role Description
- Experienced in agile delivery using scrum and/or kanban; SAFe experience recommended
- Embodies an agile mindset and helps to develop this in others
- Identify stakeholders and develop collaborative working relations
- Lead scrum teams in eliciting and analysing business requirements
- Requirements Analysis: Ensure the project meets the needs of the customer and business
- Be able to define 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes
- Can support team in:

- Retrospectives / inspect and adapt
