Traineeship Description

Responsibilities
  • Drive Chatbot Digital Channel Engagement and Roadmap
  • Drive channel engagement with best in class capabilities and UX
  • Execute digital communications and campaigns
  • Improve channel usage & engagement
  • Drive Analysis through Data
  • Lead and manage Chatbot and digital initiatives
  • Own customer journey and UI/UX
  • Liaise with internal teams to gain buy-in and support
  • Gather and produce business requirements documents
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure UAT testing and live verification timelines are performed and met
  • Manage stakeholders and support online marketing efforts through channels and management of campaign sites and pages.
  • Perform Chatbot as a Channel tracking and analysis
  • Stay ahead on technological advances including trends on Artificial intelligence, competitive analysis & benchmarking for digital best practices
  • Manage Chat related customer issues and collation of customer feedback.
  • To perform customer investigation and resolve customer issues
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost save for the bank

Requirements
  • Strong understanding in Digital, eCommerce, Artificial Intelligence Trends and being Technologically Savvy
  • Demonstrate strong ability on analytics
  • Solid understanding of the digital landscape
  • Strong interest on Artificial Intelligence
  • Good understanding of banking products and related processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes
  • A positive attitude in the work is a must

Competencies

Education Qualification: Degree & above

Duration of Traineeship / Attachment offered: 6 months

Training Allowance: $2500
