Traineeship Description

This position reports directly to the Team Head, Wealth Client Experience in DBS Private Bank and would be a change agent in delivering initiatives aimed to improve the overall employee experience and workplace productivity. The role will also have ample opportunities to unleash their knowledge and creativity in establishing new effective ways of working, leveraging on the roll out of enhanced infrastructure and projects to combat the post Covid-19 challenges. This role is also suitable for those who are keen to explore transformational and yet practical ideas to elevate the day-to-day work experiences of our employees.

Responsibilities

• Map the new-to-bank onbording journey of employee, identify the gaps, work with relevant stakeholders to solution for the gaps identified
• Improve employee's satisfaction and eliminate pain points identified from staff surveys
• Launch change management initiatives for new infrastructure or project launches
• Represent the voices of the employees in the designing and building of infrastructure and projects
• Evaluate the open painpoints post rollout of the infrastructure and projects
• Future of Work - this is a new transformation initiative post Covid-19 and the Employee Journey Change Analyst will play an active role in this new workstream
• Share the best practices across the bank

Requirements

• University Degree
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess effective oral and written communication abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player

Education Qualification: Degree & above

Duration of Traineeship / Attachment offered: 6 months

Training Allowance: $2500
