Scope of the role:

The primary purpose of TACC GCS Intl department is to control money movement activity into and out of the company. GCS executes money movements and payments for shareholders activity and fund/custody transactions in various currencies using different banking systems.

GCS is responsible for all incoming and outgoing money wires, performing daily treasury operations for incoming and outgoing cash, processing foreign exchange transactions using various banking applications, investigating payments and settlement inquiries, analyzing inconsistencies and ensuring that all assigned requests are fulfilled timely, accurately and according to internal procedures.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

Performance standards:

·Executing book and bank payment activity balancing controls and addressing discrepancies,

·Performing cash identification and wire orders settlement, investigating unidentified receipts by contacting banking partners and other departments, executing return of funds if necessary,

·Processing Regular Savings Plans/ACH files transfer and following-up rejections,

·Transmitting sell and dividend deals to payment system, executing activity balancing and investigating discrepancies,

·Providing payments confirmation, processing recall/stop payment/ amendment cases, paying out compensation amounts,

·Executing foreign exchange transactions,

·Processing necessary internal transfers,

·Processing fund custody payments involving file transfers via electronic banking interfaces, respecting banking partner cut-off times,

·Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information,

·Processing end of day payments validation controls.

Problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills:

·Diagnosing and successful troubleshooting of settlement and treasury related inquiries,

·Identifying trends and recommending ways to minimize issues and exceptions reoccurrence. Recommendations can include training suggestions, system enhancements, processes and policy changes.

Risk management, Audit, Compliance and Controls:

·Actively following departmental procedures and making recommendations to reduce risks,

·Escalating high risk, aging or exception items,

·Creating and updating department procedures and Service Level Agreements.

We are looking for candidates who (have):

·Fluent English,

·Strong analytical and organizational skills,

·Bachelor’s degree in business related major or equivalent experience,

·Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment, adhering to established time frames and schedules,

·Strong attention to detail,

·Proactive attitude,

·Self-reliance and self-discipline at work,

·Comfortable working in a global environment,

·Excellent communication skills,

·Proficient at using MS Office applications,

·2 years of financial experience (preferred),

·Solid knowledge of MS SQL or advanced level in VBA (preferred).
