Background and Experience
KPMG in Karachi is seeking to hiring a mix of freshly qualified and experienced personnel at various levels to join their growing Deal Advisory practice in Pakistan.
The Deal Advisory team comprises the segments project finance, corporate finance and transactions and restructuring. DA teams supports client merger and acquisition activity by providing pricing assistance, impairment testing, intangible asset valuation, financial modeling, business valuation, debt and equity financing, negotiations and due diligence to name a few services.

Roles and Responsibilities
The entry level positions in KPMG DA. Exposure to all facets of the department.
This role offers the potential for significant development and promotion for strong performers.
This role offers the potential for significant development and promotion for strong performers. Key responsibilities of the role are:
• Supporting Line Managers on engagements
• Preparing business documentation.
• Building financial models with the capability to sensitize key inputs and stress test financial covenants
• Desktop research
• Tracking progress of projects and escalate issues as appropriate
Senior Associates, a more experienced position, would involve client facing role at times so experience in meetings would be an added benefit.
Qualifications and Skills
• ACCA qualified (ACCA New Members can also apply)
• Fresh and experienced ACCA Affiliates are both encouraged to apply;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Strong desire to learn new skills and pass on knowledge to others in the team; and
• Excellent human relation skills and ability to relate well with people at all levels as a member of a team.
