Cost Accountant

Cost Accountant - County Antrim Cpl are delighted to be recruiting for a Cost Accountant on behalf of a valued and longstanding client based in County Antrim. Reporting to the Finance Manager the Cost Accountant will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost models and margin analysis for long term growth and profit. Responsibilities: Develop cost models Variance analysis Raw material inventory Assist with capital expenditure projects both in preparation and post implementation Budgeting and forecasting Work closely with sales and sourcing departments with budgeting and forecasting to drive margin profitability Work closely with Operations teams to drive margin control Identify cost saving measures Continuous improvement to controls, systems, procedures and policies Experience: Previous cost accounting experience Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant Strong IT skills Sage experience Salary circa £35k For more information on this role or any other within Accountancy & Finance please contact James on 02890 725 614
