The project will deliver small tactical changes initially and ramp up to some major loyalty, website (B2B), Salesforce and automation improvements and integration.
This role will form part of the Digital & Customer Technology team and partner with business areas to understand their strategies and capability needs and manage the platform technologies that support them.
The team holds accountability for the services and lifecycle support specific to the Digital & Customer portfolio, including assessment of new or improved capabilities in line with business strategies and the Technology Roadmap.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive stakeholder requirements solicitation across small, large and complex projects to ensure end to end requirements are captured
- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify process improvement through evaluation of data
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain processes, including the delivery of reports as required to all appropriate parties
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Estimation of BA effort on projects and initiatives
- Conduct process mapping/modelling activities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of precise delivery plans for every project
- Ensure on time completion of project deliverables for own deliverables as well as team deliverables
- Take ownership of project issues and drive resolution
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of the project
Essential
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in analyzing and documenting user requirements and processes as well as providing consulting services to testing and development teams through project delivery
- Proven experience on large and complex projects
- Experience liaising with development and test teams
- Travel industry experiences
- Basic understanding of IT security protocols
- Basic understanding of the Australian Privacy Principals
- Experience working in an environment with a high workload and competing priorities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take leadership on projects with large Business
- Analysis components
- Ability to manage project workload and competing project priorities
- A proven ability to identify, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, that result in client satisfaction
- Influencing and driving stakeholder decision making to ensure quality outcomes
- Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills
