- Embedding risk monitoring & control practices
- Ensuring regulatory obligations are met
- Overseeing business change initiatives
- Conducting root cause analysis of issues and incidents
- Leadership of risk culture
As the successful candidate you must have:
- Strong experience in operational risk management (ideally in line 1)
- Strong working knowledge of Institutional Banking
- Expert stakeholder engagement skills
- Full working rights in Australia
