Our Bateman's Bay branch is now recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Manager who will be the second in charge (2IC) to the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will take a "can do" approach to play a large part in raising IMB's profile in the area and assist the Manager with the day to day management and performance of the branch.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to manage the day to day operations and compliance requirements of the branch; assist with sales management and drive sales and service initiatives; assist in staff development; accept personal loan applications; generate and refer business banking and financial planning opportunities within IMB.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Previous supervisory/team leader experience with a collaborative and enthusiastic leadership approach
Some knowledge of, or experience in consumer lending experience, within a retail banking environment (preferred but not essential)
A strong sales and service ethos
Drive and commitment to achieve both personal and team targets
A genuine interest in helping customers
Experience working in a retail environment with a proven sales track record
