ICT Business Analyst (Business Systems Analyst)

Separately, we offer customized training and education, risk management and consulting services. NSF has been helping businesses in the agriculture, processing, food equipment, restaurant and retail industries to navigate the food safety and regulatory environment for more than 75 years.

Due to the recent expansion of the Australian arm of the business, we are seek the services of a talented ICT Business Analyst (Business Systems Analyst) to join our team on a full time basis.

As an ICT Business Analyst (Business Systems Analyst) you will be expected to:

• Analyse and investigate business processes, work practices and procedures;
• Identify inefficient work practices and flows and recommend solutions;
• Develop systems and software solutions with clients and instruct on how to use them;
• Develop training documentation for users;
• Test new systems;
• Work with software developers to create and design system specific software;
• Manage resources and costs of projects undertaken and work to budget.

Applicants are required to hold at least a Bachelor degree in a relevant ICT related discipline and have two years full time experience in the job role. Five years full time experience will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor degree. Your will be offered a competitive remuneration package.
