In this role you will work closely with Product and Technology teams to successfully deliver effective software solutions across the business to a range of stakeholders as we continue on our growth trajectory in 2021.
What will you do?
- Determine software delivery practices and have a comprehensive understanding of AgileSCRUMmethodologies
- Elicit requirements for digital products using various techniques which include document analysis, requirements workshops, process flow charts, use cases, scenario planning, business, task, and workflowanalysis
- Translatebusiness requirements as anend-to-end vision of the software solution into a prioritised set of feature deliverables represented as a productroadmap
- Collaborate with the solutions architect,thetechnical team and subject matter experts to establish and analyse trade-offs between usability,performanceand time etc
- Work closely with the SCRUM team to refine and write user stories and support the agile delivery of digitalproducts
- Act as the conduit between onshore and offshore product,technologyand support teams
What Will You Bring?
- Industry certification as a Business Analyst, Tertiary qualifications in Computing or the equivalent in work experience
- Experience working in Technology building and delivering software products as a Senior Business Analyst including relevant experience as a Product Owner
- Experience working in an Agile SCRUM environment
- Working experience as technical project manager in software (desirable)
- End to end involvement in each role within a full Agile SCRUM delivery team (desirable)
- Experienced understanding of software products in Cloud, SaaS and Mobile applications (desirable)
