Role: Accounts / Administrative Executive (BP&A)

Department: Commercial / BP&A, Retail Finance, Retail Division

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Description

Assist in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, Contingency Planning, Automation, Projects and Administration

Key accountabilities

1) Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist the BP&A Team to manage the Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecasts
  • 2) Reporting, Financial Analysis, Contingency Planning

  • Assist the BP&A Team to follow up, prepare and circulate regular and adhoc reports and financial analysis on a timely manner
  • 3) Administration

  • Provide administrative support to BP&A Head and Team
  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned responsibilities
  • Proactive follow up from businesses and timely submission of required information, reports and analysis and to management
  • Qualifications, experience & skills required:

  • Finance/Analyst graduate with 4 years’ experience
  • The candidate should have adequate working knowledge of budgeting, financial / management reporting in Middle East preferably in retail sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning and organizing skills and good business acumen.
  • Good working knowledge of other MS office packages
  • Knowledge of accounting software packages, preferably ERP such as SAP
