Main Accountabilities
- Assist Chinese Business Services (“CBS”) to support its function (i.e. answer phone calls, respond to emails, etc.)
- In conjunction with CBS, develop and implement a key account strategy that take into consideration all the service lines
- Secure and assist key target calls with senior decision makers
- Assist Professional Service Teams to deal with Chinese clients including translation and coordination if required
- Translate documents (brochures, spotlights, proposals, contracts, reports and other documents) from Vietnamese and English to Chinese and vice versa
- Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all translated documents which are distributed externally
- Draft and edit Chinese documents if required
- Prepare research and other reports in Chinese and English/Vietnamese
- Support for logistic preparation and assist as required with administrative tasks
- Identify and gather information on new client issues through meetings and networking
- Assist Partners and Professional Service Teams in liaison, building up and maintaining good business relationship with Chinese clients
- Always be willing to travel for work and business as required by RSM
Specialized knowledge
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Chinese mandarin language, major in business
- Knowledge of business administration, accounting or taxation is an advantage
Skills
- Ability to translate from Vietnamese & English to Chinese at intermediate level
- Show good presentation skills and effective communication skills
- Demonstrate self leadership skills, strong organizational, time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Strong social/ verbal/ written communication skills, collaboration and interpersonal skills (especially in interacting with senior level clients)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with quality delivery
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Competent digital skills and literate with office software packages (including MS Office 365, words, excels, power point, etc.)
Education & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Chinese language
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant fields is a plus
- Experience in working with Chinese corporations is advantage
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in professional services sector is an advantage
Others Requirement
- Fluent Chinese mandarin language (speaking, listening, reading and writing) at a minimum Business Level
- Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading and writing) at a minimum Business Level
- Vietnamese nationality
