6 month contract in central Auckland to assist with a project. Hours are flexible.

Your new company
Large, NZ owned NZX organisation

Your new role
My client has recently gone live with their new ERP system.
This role will be based around project reporting & WIP capitalisation, as well as setting up processes in the new system. The majority of the work will be based around capex project and assets.

Key responsibilities below:

  • ERP Project - Prepare templates for project Investments and setting up procurement process
  • Project WIP Capitalisation and preparing templates for data upload in financial system
  • Setting up new project codes for Capex Projects in the new ERP system
  • Fixed Asset Additions in the system - we have some backlogs to catch up.
  • WIP GST Breakdown on capex projects




What you'll need to succeed
Ideally qualified and experience with Fixed Assets and Capex
