What you will be doing:
As a Business Analyst, you will;
- Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand their core problems and objectives, contribute to robust product roadmaps, and define requirements and releases for their digital products and services.
- Assess the value of requirements, and prioritise a backlog, to ensure work focuses on maximising value in line with the business and product strategies.
- Run and facilitate requirement gathering workshops with different parts of the business.
- Gather accurate business requirements from stakeholders to be demonstrated to the dev. Team
- Preparing business analysis work plans for the component of work and other BA deliverables as per the Business Analysis Centre of Excellence (BA CoE) and project scope
What you will have:
You will have Business Analyst experience (either in industry or at a Consulting firm) and may also have a varied background in one or more areas such as experience design, visual design, front end development or strategy.
- 2-4 Years of Business Analyst experience within a large organisation
- Experience with the Agile process including the crafting of Features/Epics and User Stories
- Experience with Process Design and documentation
You will have experience in the following:
- Functional experience: user stories, story mapping, feature mapping
- Technical experience: requirements documentation, user testing, backlog management and liaison with developers
