ICT Business Analyst

We are growing! One of the most exciting aspects of our growth are our internal technology products. With any growth comes the need to streamline, optimise, improve and automate. To that effect, we are looking an experienced Business Analysts to expand our team.

More about the role:

• Elicit and analyse/evaluate business requirements
• Assist with planning, monitoring and reporting on project status (under guidance of Project Manager)
• Assist Project Managers with business case preparation
• Assist in identifying opportunities for business and process improvement, cost savings and improved efficiency
• Evaluate and document established processes
• Champion the adoption of automation and continuous improvement
• Facilitate ceremonies, including stand-ups, showcases, retros and workshops, encouraging team members and stakeholders to share ideas and participate
• Assist with managing business prioritisation

Our ideal candidate(s):

• Must have relevant Bachelor or Higher qualification and minimum 2 years' experience.
• A proven ability to develop positive working relationships and assist Project Managers with stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills, including a flare for technical writing
• An ability to collaborate and liaise with business users and technologists and convey/interpret requirements in support of the Project Manager
• Demonstrable leadership skills and a team player
• An ability to think outside the box
• A passion for delivering results
• An ability to produce high quality, clear and concise documentation, including user story mapping, and mentor others in the team to achieve the same
• An understanding of the end to end project life-cycle in an Agile environment

Salary $71,000+super
