Your new role
As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training, evaluating and coordinating your department in line with operational objectives and KPIs. Reporting to the partners and senior managers, as a Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations and activities of the audit teams. You will use your demonstrated management skills to contribute to the day to day engagements of your department whilst leading the team on assignments and engaging with a broad client base across a range of industries.
As a senior professional within the industry you will rely upon your advanced technical knowledge and skills to bring to the table exceptional services and value. You will be responsible for your teams' professional activities and development, fostering growth within your team to allow others to gain knowledge, experience and career development.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will ideally have previous experience in a similar position or field, the ideal candidate will have completed an accounting degree or relevant and has completed their CA/CPA qualifications. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management is vital to this position. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting practices and frameworks, able possess exceptional communication skills
