Your new role
As the Risk Manager in line 2, you will be responsible for:
- The development and implementation of the group risk management frameworks
- Working with the line 1 risk team to ensure the effectiveness of operational controls
- Supporting the Global Head of Risk with risk reporting to international risk committees and the board
- Ensuring effective processes are in implemented with respect to the group risk appetite
As the successful candidate you must have:
- Strong experience in operational risk (ideally line 2)
- Financial services experience is mandatory, managed funds experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of operational risk management frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and risk reporting skills
