Invoicing Administrator - Accounts Receivable - 6 Month FTC
A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are looking to add a number of strong Accounts Receivables candidates to strengthen their AR team based in Altrincham.
As an Invoice Administrator within the Accounts Receivable team, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate invoicing and billing of key clients.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining specialist invoices; responding to and resolving queries in a timely manner; regular account reconciliations; liaise frequently with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt payment of invoices; raising invoices.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Credit Control/Accounts Receivable role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have excellent attention to detail - Essential
