Our client is a US-headquartered MNC with a wide global presence. Due to business needs here in the Asia Pacific HQ, they are seeking a high potential individual to join them in their Global FP&A team as a Regional FP&A manager.

Description

As an integral part of the finance team reporting into the Finance Director, you will lead a team of analysts to work closely with commercial stakeholders across the organisation supporting the business in the areas of variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting, streamlining processes, tightening controls, financial & management reporting and finance business partnering. You will be pivotal in the decision making process pertaining to the strategic and long term plans for the business through your recommendations and understanding of the operational and strategic drivers.

Profile

Ideally, you should possess a degree in Accounting/Finance, with at least 12 years of relevant working experience, gained in a Big 4 accounting firm followed by FP&A experience gained with a manufacturing MNC. You thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver within time constraints. A business oriented self-starter, you are an independent worker and possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate issues and work with the different departments in the organisation. Experience with SAP in a manufacturing set up is a value added plus.
