Senior Financial Analyst

This is an interesting Senior Financial Analyst position with a listed manufacturing company with expertise in several technology domains. As an analyst, the role is to support management of R&D business unit in maximising productivity and profitability.

Client Details

My client is a listed manufacturing company with leading technological solutions across several domains. They are a strategic business partner to multiple FT500 companies, have 3 manufacturing facilities locally and is looking to hire a new headcount into the team - Senior Financial Analyst. This position will support the R&D business unit, work closely with multiple stakeholder to track revenue and improve productivity levels for the business.

Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be:

• Responsible for the full P&L of the R&D business unit, reporting the FP&A Manager

• Business partner closely with R&D Directors, programme managers to track performance and budget of projects

• Perform timely and accurate cost and revenue recognition practices in compliance with accounting standards

• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on statutory matters and mitigate finance risks

• Involved in system improvement projects to streamline reporting

Profile

• Degree qualified in Finance & Accounting, at least 5 years of working experience, prior audit experience preferred

• Strong computer literacy in excel, experience with SAP will be highly advantageous

• Strong communication skills to business partner with stakeholders, good business acumen to do story telling of numbers and data effectively

• Hands on with analysis, able to perform cost and revenue recognition tasks independently

• Highly motivated and driven individual, possess good attitude for learning and growth
