Job Description:
- Providing leadership, mentoring and supervision for an accounting team; ensuring on-going skills enhancement and personal development of the team members.
- Leading the team involved in book keeping and Accounting of the company and its subsidiaries/ JVs.
- Keeping receivables and payables under proper control in accordance with organizational policy
- Reporting to management for budget preparations and financial planning
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and forecasts
- Financial modelling for financial decisions
- Overseeing the entire gamut of reporting to regulators in general and CMA Kuwait and CBK in particular
- Acting as secretary to the Audit Committee of the company
- Handling other incidental functions for efficient discharge of accounting function of the company
