Our client is a leading provider of financial services in East Africa and are currently looking to recruit a Head of Corporate Credit in Tanzania.
Primary Responsibilities:
• To contribute to the growth in volume and earnings of Bank's Corporate Banking business
• Ensuring a healthy Corporate Banking portfolio by guiding, mentoring the corporate banking team and fostering responsible client/bank relationships.
• Evaluate and assess the credit risks involved in lending to Corporate & Commercial clients.
Requirements:
• The candidate should be very sound in credit management, business development and treasury operations.
• While Credit should be his forte it is important that his general management skills are also excellent.
• The candidate should have 15- 20 years 'strong experience in Credit in a bank or Financial Institution
• Excellent communication & management skills
