Description

The information, Communications and Technology (ICT) branch provides a diverse range of support services across all areas of the ASC, including the Australia Institute of Sport. ICT assists and supports the ASC to meet its strategic objectives in key areas such as modernising & streamlining business process, digitally enabling internal and sector engagement and collaboration and providing access to timely and reliable decision-making information.

The key duties of the position include:

This is an opportunity to work across the ASC, contributing to the design of innovation and streamlined business processes complimented by modern enabling technology. As part of our projects team, you will work with bright, engaged and passionate technology and business team members committed to achieving project outcomes. The ASC employs sector leading technology platforms to help projects deliver outcomes more quickly to internal and external stakeholders - these solutions are sustainable, efficient, secure and integrated. Our projects need business analysts that don't settle on inefficient or ineffective solutions and never give up on finding a better way to do things.

As Business Analyst you will assist in designing and implementing plans to proactively deliver systematic digital literacy programs; uplifting ASC's ability to leverage technology more effectively, efficiently and securely in a business context. You will also liaise between projects and operational teams to ensure that digital projects and major changes integrate into day-to-day operations and support.

Eligibility

Position is based in Canberra and requires the holder to be able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance to Baseline level.

To be eligible for employment with the Australian Sports Commission, it is preferred that applicants are Australian citizens.

Salary Range = $92,007 - $106,078 per annum + up to 15.4% super.
