Who we are looking for :

Regulatory Reporting is responsible for the review and deliver of regulatory reports requested by the jurisdictions where the funds are distributed in as well as by Luxembourgish regulators (CSSF and BCL). Main reports (a part of the Luxemburgish reports) are German ones: VAG, BVI, GroMikV and Solva Basel III.

Together with his team, the Associate 2 ensures that reports are accurate, reflect the highest possible quality and are delivered to the regulators and/or clients in a timely fashion. Such deliverables are compiled by a local team that leverages a delegated service model with part of the functions outsourced to our Hubs (Poland and India).

The Associate 2 will work in an international environment to provide an outstanding service to the clients and regulators during the preparation of the reports.

In the role of Regulatory Reporting Specialist, Associate 2 you will be responsible for:

  • Review Regulatory Reports in accordance with Regulators requirements and within the deadline.
  • Ensure timely preparation, review and release to regulators/clients.
  • Coordinate the receipt of comments from Luxemburgish regulators.
  • Integral part of delivering quality service to assigned clients/reports and all actions must be considered as part of this overall goal.
  • Research, resolve or elevate issues as applicable.

To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

  • Bachelor/University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 
  • Very good knowledge of the fund industry, fund accounting principles, financials and derivatives instruments. Knowledge of the German Regulatory Reporting  (VAG, GroMikV and Solva) would be an advantage.
  • Excel, Word, Access (would be an advantage), Excel Macro programming  (would be an advantage).
