  • Accounting and Tax management
  • Directly control and supervise staff in the accounting field to make sure accounting entries are in line with Finance Manual and local regulations.
  • Continuously update the recent regulations and policies to PV guidance. Control tax risk, tax planning of the entities in charge.
  • Co-operate with Business Unit controller to give guidance on accounting and tax matters, make sure support business operations efficiently.
  • Implementing all group’s projects related to FA Department to the entities
  • Supervise small entities within DKSH VN groups (2 entities)
  • Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager.
  • Management of daily accounting activities:
  • Provide expertise or advice on complex accounting and tax issues to staff, others functions, and business units.
  • Review and approve all payments as 1st level of entities.
  • Review and approve BS reconcile a monthly basic. Follow up and resolve all outstanding accounts except trade AR and AP.
  • Review daily transactions, financial reports, and statements in order to reflect full company financial status and ensure that financial reports are prepared accurately and timely
  • Work with auditors quarterly and annually for auditing issues.
  • Work with tax officer on daily activities guidance and audit period
  • Reporting management:
  • Make sure to submit monthly, quarterly, yearly reports on time with good quality.
  • Take responsibility for all group’s reports (packages, tax questionnaire, …), statutory reports (FS, VAT, CIT, TP, statistic, ….) as well as reports prepared for tax audit every year.
  • Improve reporting process from manual to automatic.
  • Warehouse and Asset management:
  • Co-operate with Asset control executive, warehouse supervisor (if any) in stock control and asset control.
  • Staff management:
  • Plan manpower: hire, coach and allocate works; manage team performance and make career development planning for staffs to ensure staff’s competencies and efficiency towards business development strategy.
  • Review working process and improvement.
  • Develop working guidance and a checklist for each position.
