Our client is a well established Pharmaceutical MNC and they are currently looking for a GL Accounting Manager to join them.
About the job
Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will be leading a team and head up the general ledger shared service function. In addition you will be managing the full spectrum of accounting processes, GST reporting, and ensure that accounts are accurately recorded in the system. The ideal candidate is one who has strong leadership skills to coach and guide the members as well as the potential to do more given that the company has plans for finance digital transformation.
Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent with accounting qualifications being advantageous. 10-15 years of experience is required, with US GAAP knowledge and past system experiences being good to have.
