Full time and permanent Bank Reconciliations Clerk, working for a successful small business experiencing growth.

Client Details

My client are a family feel business, looking to add to their finance team on a permanent basis.

Description

The main responsibilities for this role:

  • Bank reconciliations for 6 Bank Accounts
  • Posting transactions on to the system
  • Posting Sales Ledger receipts
  • Posting Sales Invoices
  • Processing refunds
  • Processing direct debits
  • Ad hoc finance duties

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have previous finance experience
  • Have experience handling bank reconciliations
  • Be able to work at a very fast pace and meet strict deadlines
  • Be a strong user of Microsoft Office

Job Offer
