We are looking for result-driven and meticulous Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable) who will work with the team to perform the daily operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end.

You are

• Looking for an opportunity to be part of an established global management consulting firm
• Professional looking to build a career in office administration
• Interested in challenging projects

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Process and post invoices, payments, credit notes and inventory adjustments
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare recurring and periodic reconciliations and reports/schedules
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects
• File and archive documents
• Provide information to analysts, officers/supervisors/accountant on issues and queries

What You Will Need to Succeed

• CPA, ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience preferably accounts payable.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• SAP experience is a plus
• Mature, self-motivated, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and under pressure as well as a good team player.
