Executive (Upstream Finance & Audit) - Group Intake
1. Execution of Sustainable Planning, Risk Based Audit Review and Comprehensive Report Writing.
i. Audit exercises and review, ensuring enforcement of PSC fiscal terms, good governance and control towards better compliance by PACs, to be completed timely, be current on audit period coverage and with value added and quality findings.
2. Audit Preparation and Fieldwork
i. Preparation prior to audit fieldwork which includes documents’ request from PACs, analysis of PAC recent financial performance and current activities while not neglecting to review past issues and outstanding matters.
ii. Conduct risk based audit to determine accuracy of cost recovery by PACs, provide recommendations that address PACs operations’ weaknesses in order to close the control gaps or improve the processes in the client’s operations.
iii. Prepare working paper, update and present the findings to management and deliberate the issues during exit meeting with stakeholders.
iv. Conduct joint audit with other departments, relying on the embedded technical expertise of the said department in order to highlight more complex issues.
3. Audit Report
i. Deliberate audit findings during engagement with PACs, prepare comprehensive reports (MOM, PSA, PPAA and Teammate) for the usage of stakeholders and provide support to line departments with regards to issue’s resolution.
4. Resolution of Disputed Cost
i. Analyze and evaluate CRAC paper as per agreed CRAC sitting
