Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Consultant

As a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) consultant, you will be providing functional support to B-EYE’s global customers and contributing to a wide range of CPM projects on Finance Systems

You will be engaged in both the project and on-going support areas of the business – from being a key resource during the implementation phase through to post-implementation support. As part of a high-performing team in Singapore, you will be expected to work closely with B-EYE colleagues in other parts of the world, and to contribute to solutions design and development on an on-going basis.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

●      ACCA or Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years of experience working with Oracle HFM, PBCS, SAP BPC, Cognos or other CPM and Planning solutions, as an end-user or on a consulting capacity. Successful applicants will be provided the necessary OneStream solution training.

●      With corporate finance experience for large organizations, involved in multi-entity and jurisdiction financial activities (consolidation, financial reporting, planning, etc.). Applicants must have an understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and/or CFOs.

●      Able to participate in multiple projects at once and deliver assigned tasks on time

●      Able to analyze, prioritize and solves problems in a service driven organization

●      Able to manage a multi-cultural team across various time zones for global projects

●      Able to speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.

●      Excellent communication skills and highly proficient in both spoken and written English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●      Write and maintain clear and concise functional specifications

●      Provide functional support to CPM customers as a project and/or support resource

●      Determine the best functional solutions to satisfy business requirements of CPM customers

●      Document systems design, create specification, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on user or system design specifications

●      Analyze data and drive to desired end results to develop testing and conversion plans

●      Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid working relationship for both the CPM team and B-EYE
