Key Responsibilities:
As the Sr. Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Documenting the business requirements and trace them through to delivery
- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
- Identifying the current and future state business and technical processes
- Working business users to translate business requirements into solution requirements
- Documenting user stories and product backlog items
Key requirements:
As the Sr. Digital Business Analyst, you will have:
- Experience establishing key relationships with stakeholders to ensure reliable and accurate information is communicated
- Strong experience gathering UX/UI requirements and liaising with digital development teams
- Experience decommissioning legacy systems (ideal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated and proactive mindset to tackle tasks autonomously
