Group Tax Accountant - Global Brand - London - Circa £45k-£55k plus bonus and benefits package
Robert Walters are hiring for a Group Tax Accountant for an instantly recognizable global brand. This is a full-time permanent position based in their central London office, allowing some working from home,
The Group Tax Accountant will form part of a highly-reputed global tax team, and will get involved in both direct tax and indirect tax work.
The Group Tax Accountant will be responsible for UK tax compliance (corporate tax and VAT), and will support on the group's tax reporting obligations.
In addition this person will have regular involvement in international tax project work and will be able to develop their advisory experience.
The company is looking for someone with a good grounding in UK corporate tax compliance - experience in indirect tax is not required, only a willingness to pick up this area (with support and training).
They are willing to consider candidates who are qualified, part-qualified or non-qualified / qualified by experience.
This is an excellent first move in-house for someone working in practice who wants to move into an industry role - It's with a top-tier brand and offers a broad role with plenty of development and progression.
However it would equally suit someone working in an in-house role who wants a broader role, to work for a larger business, a role closer to home or just a step-up in remuneration.
The role comes with a salary in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
