Our client, a well known & growing business based in Farnham is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Accountancy team.


Accounts Assistant - Farnham

  • Assist with processing tenant changes liaising with the property team & finance manager
  • Raise and issue rental and service charge invoices
  • Raise and issue adhoc sales invoices
  • Check and process utility purchase invoices:
  • Check rates to contract
  • Check vacant periods to property management database
  • Obtain and check meter readings
  • Monitor and report on consumption
  • Obtain payment approval
  • Code and enter invoices to purchase ledger
  • Process direct debit payments
  • Problem resolve, liaising with utility companies, the property team and tenants
  • Assist with resolving purchase invoice coding queries liaising with the property team to identify correct property and project
  • Collate, code and process company credit card receipts
  • Petty Cash Control - issue, obtain receipts, reconcile, code & process
  • During busy periods and absence, assist with admin and PA duties to include:
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Drafting and typing correspondence
  • Post
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries
  • Occasional travel and flight arrangements
  • Maintaining stationary, office and kitchen consumables


A successful candidate will have experience with the above.

Job Offer

Salary £23,000 - £26,000
