Our client is FMCG organisations globally. They hold a unique competitive in the range of products they carry. Greater China is one of their focus regions and the organization has committed a growth strategy for China over the next 10 years.


Report to Finance Controller, you will be wholly responsible for:

1/PRC statutory book keeping: Initial setup, Recurring bookkeeping and accounting and preparation of monthly PRC statutory financial statements

2/Management reporting: Monthly BFC entity reporting, RTR activities (e.g. manual bookings on payments/capex, intercompany recharges, etc.) and FP&A: provide some basic level forecast for this new entity based on limited transactions.

3/Statutory Reporting (Tax filing and others): Monthly Local Tax filing, including VAT and local surcharges filing as well as input VAT verification in tax system, Quarterly CIT filing and Other local reporting (e.g. Statistic reporting)

4/Local Treasury Support: PO / payment requests and Payment documents preparation to the bank


l University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional qualification Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in accounting and finance with a proven track record for delivery.
l Fluent English, good communication and stakeholder management skills
l A high level of technical accounting knowledge is required of both Chinese GAAP.
l Excellent oral and written communication in English
l Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
l Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion systems is a plus.
