CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen;

• Possess ACCA/CPA/Degree in Accounting with professional qualifications in MIA, or MICPA;

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in related field with at +-least 5 years at Senior Manager level;

• Strong team player, able to work with colleagues with diverse backgrounds;

• Mature, analytical, creative, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating, time management, and leadership skills; and

• Possess excellent business acumen to interact well with shareholders, bankers, and the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Group Managing Director.

• Contribute to the preparation of corporate strategic plans to achieve stakeholders' objectives.

• Ensure the achievement of corporate goals and objectives and return on financial resources.

• Ensure the integrity of the financial systems including the procurement system and the effective and efficient management of the financial reporting system.

• Ensure effective planning, budgeting and implementation of the group's financial plans and objectives.

• Create conditions for effective institutional relations with relevant external organisations, government agencies, industry associations, bankers and institutional investors.

• Ensure proper management in compliance with all internal controls, rules and regulations.

• Ensure financial management support at the Board level by the availability of meaningful, accurate, timely and effective management information for decision making.

• Ensure Return On Investment (ROI), security and safety of the assets and resources of the group.

• Ensure motivation, high performance and capability of the finance professionals and other staff in the group.
