KEY FUNCTIONS:
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the ledger accounts and close and reporting related to fixed assets.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Assets Master data maintenance, processing of capitalization, retirements, transfers, disposals and inter-co transfer in accordance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and AMD's policies.
2. Perform monthly Fixed Assets Account reconciliation and Balance Sheet Review on Plant, Property & Equipment, Leases and Licenses.
3. Prepare Fixed Assets related schedule, depreciation reasonableness and analysis and project assignments.
4. Driving to execute appropriate control over fixed assets.
5. Being a key contact for Internal / External Reporting regarding fixed assets and ensures that financial statement disclosures are accurately stated.
6. Fostering strong relationships with business partners, maintaining a detailed understanding of capital and leveraging that understanding to maintain appropriate control.
7. Involve in KPI & metrics tracking and measurement.
8. Prepare reports & presentation decks for management and business partners.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
2. Related working experience is preferred
3. Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
4. A self-starter and able to work independently with tight deadlines and minimal supervision
5. Good Business partnership skills and effective communication skills
