Luxury Retail - (Senior) Tax Manager

This is an overall tax position, APAC scope, open to both manager level and senior manager level. Individual contributor.

Client Details

My client is a global well-known retail MNC with multi brands.

Description

 Review/Prepare APAC tax provision for all brands

 Interact with tax authorities in APAC

 Coordinate with third party vendor Income tax compliance review and filing deadlines-APAC

 Execute local transfer pricing strategies -APAC

 Indirect tax compliance review, prep and timely filing

 Execute local repatriation strategy

 Manage tax providers in APAC

 Works closely with the team in the US on all Year-end reporting requirements for SEC reporting.

Profile

• Big 4 background with 8 years' relevant Corporate Tax experience with a deep understanding of the financial markets in Asia Pacific
• Able to effectively articulate developments, issues and decisions (both verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High energy level and pro-active in seeking improvements
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Good managerial and supervisory skills
