An exciting business analyst opportunity at an engineering firm that is currently going through a transformation of streamlining business processes and implementing a new centralised system that will provide cohesion within the group and all the subsidiaries.

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple shareholders to drive business processes whilst working closely with the technology teams.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and input into requirement development for technical (SharePoint) enhancements
  • Plan the implementation of process improvements
  • Support the documentation of policies, standards and procedures
  • Lead assigned projects to completion
  • Assist in organisational change management and transition to support outcomes
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and business resources
  • Project manage technical teams in development of enhancements
  • Analyse and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Refine and prioritise requirements aligned to organisation needs
  • Evaluate current state business processes and systems

Requirements
  • Tertiary degree
  • 3-6 years experience as a business analyst
  • Good analytical skills; technical knowledge of MS stack such as SharePoint, power BI, power apps; good, practical working knowledge of project management disciplines and process improvement methodologies, tools, techniques and best practices; strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality results, superior communication skills (written & oral)
