Patent Attorney Trainee
You will have gained at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline. We also welcome applications from those completing a doctorate or undertaking postgraduate research.
You will have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a natural curiosity to find out how things work. You will demonstrate technical excellence, an interest in the commercial world and appreciate the importance of intellectual property to businesses. Due to the international nature of the work, foreign languages are an advantage, but not essential. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with others in the team to assist our clients obtain protection for their IP in Singapore and around the world.
Marks & Clerk Singapore LLP is part of the international group with 17 offices worldwide. The Singapore office currently has 15 Patent Attorneys who are qualified in at least one jurisdiction. We are frequently rated a Tier 1 firm and have been awarded Singapore Prosecution Firm of the Year by Managing Intellectual Property for four consecutive years since 2014.
