Description

Directly reporting into the Financial Director, the key responsibility is to supervise the financial and accounting processes by displaying leadership skills and adhering to the policies/regulations in place.

Other duties are, but not limited too, preparing and distributing the financial reports and statements amongst the management and wider team, management of the account payable & account receivable, perform cost analysis and validate & approve all supplier payment runs as well as other responsibilities.

Profile

Successfully managed a team currently or previously in a similar role

Proven example of following KPI reporting

Performed 1 to 1's with members of staff

Great leadership and communication skills

Extensive experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Extensive knowledge of general ledger management

Confident within Microsoft Excel
