Accounts Assistant

Your new role In this new role, you will be assisting the Accounts Payable and Payroll function in our busy finance team. You will be responsible for processing weekly timesheets via multiple sources. You will be dealing with a high volume of invoicing, validating and inputting all data received within agreed deadlines. You will be required to liaise with finance team and other departments for internal & external queries. There will be adhoc finance duties, along with data accounts entry. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience in a similar Accounts Payable position. You will have excellent attention to detail, and be analytically minded. You will have good organisational and time management skills. You will be required to be proficient in excel at an intermediate level. Experience in a busy fast pace environment will see you succeed in this position. You will demonstrate a motivation to meet deadlines set by the business. Strong communication skills are essential for the position. What you'll get in return This is a temporary role initially for three months but there is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
