Our client, a large NSW government organisation, is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Analyst with demonstrated experience in HR and Payroll Streams in SAP ERP implementations across core HR/PY modules of SAP. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills are required as the role will lead consultations, meetings and workshops with key business teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working with the Business to document the solution including the blueprint, technical and functional specification documents
  • Review and feedback for all cross-functional or cross-stream documentation as well as third-party documentation
  • Work with stakeholders across the department, to draft, staff and communicate impact assessments and solution change request documentation
  • Assisting in the solution design process by participating in, and documenting workshops
  • Creation of use cases and process maps, and process flows as well as new processes i.e process modelling
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist in the preparation of supporting materials for training
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure effective engagement with and collaboration from the stakeholders


Applicant requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Australian Payroll experience is must)
  • Experience with BAU support and system maintenance of SAP HR/PY and HR/PA
  • Full life-cycle implementation in SAP HCM and Success Factors modules
  • Strong background & expertise in designing & deploying integrated solutions with SAP HCM modules.
  • Experience working on large scale IT transformation programs
